Tempering, Molded Chocolates/Bon Bons, Fillings: peppermint, chili, liquid caramel and using transfer sheets for design and texture.

Devon Roberts is a chocolatier and chef/owner of the former Truffles Market. He will be sharing some great chocolate knowledge and recipe secrets of his trade. (Fee includes instruction, recipes and meal or treat depending on class)
