An overview of the major laws impacting employment relationships with an emphasis on practical application and developing managerial communication skills. In the seminar, not only is the law explained, but managers are taught how to communicate with employees about difficult issues that may have legal ramifications. Presented by Jonathan K. Driggs, an employment attorney with 26 years of experience (including 3 years with Utah Labor Commission).
