Classic Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise, Cheese Souffle, Chocolate Souffle and Tempering Eggs making Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.

Chef Jeff Crosland, former executive chef/owner at Parallel 88, currently doing private chef work and off the grid cooking experiences will be bringing his cuisine to you here at Dixie Technical College with two popular classes.
(Fee includes instruction, recipes and meal or treat depending on class)
