Learn the benefits of sourdough cooking and baking, learn to maintain and use a sourdough start, make sourdough pancakes, waffles, and muffins, and bake wheat and white sourdough bread. Sourdough start provided.

Apple Valley Sourdough founder and head baker, Jon Hurst, will be sharing his love for sourdough with our community. He holds a masters in biology and will soon be setting up his bakery here in St. George.
(fee includes instruction, recipes and meal or treat depending on class)
