Join us for Cooking with Executive Sous Chef Shelley Pulcini- Corso from Red Mountain Spa. Chef Shelley focuses on taking classic recipes and making healthier and very flavorful renditions. She also specializes in baking and pastry in the traditional sense as well as the more health conscious approach.

Roasted pepper tomato bisque
Vegan Ricotta and Spinach stuffed shells with Arrabiata sauce and Basil Alfredo
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse

All Class Times: 5:30pm – 8:30pm in Culinary Kitchen
Individual course fee: $55 (fee includes instruction, recipes and meal or treat depending on class)
