Proscuitto, King Crab, and Bolognese Lasagna Roll
Tian of Beef with roasted portabello mushrooms, brown butter Dijon sauce and microgreens
Pan seared Chicken breast with sweet maple sage, fingerling potatoes and parsnip puree
Ahi Tuna Tartar in a wonton cup with seaweed salad, cumin toasted pepitas and pickled onions
Pork Tenderloin with spiced pecans, cinnamon butter and arugula

Chef Jeff Crosland, Executive Chef/Owner of Gather, a rustic off-the-grid, old world cookery restaurant in the Kolob Mountains, will be bringing his cuisine to you here at Dixie Technical College with three popular classes.
