Description

Mother Sauces and their derivitives are incredibly important skills to have in your repitoire. In this class you will learn make a Tomato sauce and turn it into a Bolognese, a B├ęchamel and turn it into a Mornay, a Hollandaise and turn it into a Bernaise and a Mayonnaise and turn it into a Roasted Garlic Aioli. Protein, Veg and Pasta will be prepared to enjoy these delicious mother sauces and their variations.

Chef Jeff Crosland, Executive Chef/Owner of Gather, a rustic off-the-grid, old world cookery restaurant in the Kolob Mountains, will be bringing his cuisine to you here at Dixie Technical College with three popular classes.
(fee includes instruction, recipes and meal or treat depending on class)
