Description

Knife skills techniques every good cook must know. A good knife is the single most important tool in the kitchen and in this class you will learn proper handling, cleaning and use of the most relied on knives in cooking. Your knife cuts will be turned into salsa fresca, mango salsa, vegetable soup, roasted chicken and segmented oranges with chiffonade of mint. Please bring your chef knife from home.

Chef Jeff Crosland, Executive Chef/Owner of Gather, a rustic off-the-grid, old world cookery restaurant in the Kolob Mountains, will be bringing his cuisine to you here at Dixie Technical College with three popular classes.
(fee includes instruction, recipes and meal or treat depending on class)
