This expanded course is ideal for anyone who wants to build in-depth customer success and
account management skills to stand out in today’s competitive job market for customer
success roles. Customer Success is a fast-growing tech career where students learn the
fundamentals of how to proactively help customers achieve their desired outcomes,
combined with how to utilize the latest technology and best practices to become a more
effective customer success professional. Many jobs are remote, with excellent compensation
potential (base salary + commission). Follow a go-at-your-own-pace remote curriculum that
guides you through learning foundational principles of customer success and assists you in
putting your knowledge to work through various projects and exercises. Students have
access to a 1-on-1 coach for help with the curriculum and career services (resume,
interview, and LinkedIn prep).
