STT 1110 - Private Pilot Ground Training


The Private Pilot Ground Training course provides students with the foundational knowledge required to become a licensed private pilot. This comprehensive program covers the essential principles of aviation, regulations, navigation, meteorology, flight operations, and aerodynamics. The course is designed to prepare students for the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Test and to equip them with the understanding needed for safe and effective flight operations.
Prerequisites: No prior aviation experience is required. Basic knowledge of Mathematics and English is recommended. You must obtain a Private Pilot FAA Medical Certificate from an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME). https://www.faa.gov/pilots/amelocator
Upon Completion: Upon successful completion of the Private Pilot Ground Training course, students will have acquired the knowledge necessary to take the FAA Private Pilot Knowledge Test. This course serves as a mandatory stepping stone prior to attending a flight school to obtain a private pilot certificate. (Equivalent to a learners permit for drivers ed.)

STT 2010 - TTB-Tractor/Trailer/Bus Inspection


This certification course trains students in the inspection, maintenance, and safety evaluation of commercial vehicles including tractors, trailers, and buses. Designed to meet federal and state regulatory standards, the course covers the fundamentals of pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections, identifying mechanical defects, brake systems analysis, lighting and electrical checks, suspension components, and vehicle documentation review. Emphasis is placed on compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT inspection criteria. Upon successful completion, students will be qualified to perform certified vehicle inspections in a professional capacity, ensuring roadworthiness and regulatory compliance in the commercial transportation industry. Applicants must be 18 years of age and hold a valid drivers license from any state.
